What Was Needed
As the world’s leading supplier of steel windows Crittall needed an online presence that reflected the cutting-edge design and excellence of their products.
The user experience on the existing website was labuored and confusing. It did not allow their customers to quickly and easily source the information they required. Crittall wanted to work with an agency who not only could deliver a beautifully designed website, but also one that understood the need to simplify the customer journey.
The website was to be used as a lead generation tool that would help increase sales and enquiries for Crittall, so user experience was key.
What We Did
We started the process with Crittall by really understanding who their customers are and their pain points. Following extensive research by our UX/UI team we were able to develop a simplified user experience process and sitemap.
While a new custom designed and developed mobile responsive website was at the core of the project, we also advised and supported Crittall with:
- Content strategy, wireframing and site map consultancy
- On-page SEO consultancy
- Content upload and formatting
- User and administrator training
- Annual website hosting
- Annual technical website support
Following the launch of the new website we also advised on monitoring and evaluation going forward using tools such as Google Analytics to understand the customer journey.
Thanks to our structured project management process, the website was delivered and live within 3 months from the initial meetings.
