At XIST2, our core values and principles underpin everything we do; everything we stand for and ensure we apply all this in our daily interactions together. These are at core of each team member. XIST2 was formed to apply these principles, and to be seen to apply them. Often, core values are overlooked when times get tough, however that is not the case at XIST2.

At the heart of XIST2 are our employees, they are the core, and as such need to be energetic, vibrant, brimming with enthusiasm, professional and having integrity. Without them there can be no XIST2. What we say is what we mean. Our commitments are just that. Sometimes even at XIST2’s expense. We stick to commitments and agreements as an imperative. Once integrity is gone there is no relationship. XIST2 treats everyone equally and is open and honest.

Innovation implies change. At XIST2 we encourage and promote this, so that we are providing this from both design, development, and the way we work. We do not fear change and embrace the opportunity to show how we view things in a different way. Cutting edge and “whizzy” is good only if there is a purpose. Innovation does not just stop at what we do for clients but the way we work internally too.

At XIST2, it is very important to be able to enjoy your working environment, so having a good sense of humour helps. To laugh with others and at oneself makes an open and balanced person. Profitability
We are not embarrassed to want to be profitable as it provides us the financial platform to give the best for our employees and customers. Though it is not our sole “raison d’être”.
