Career development
Our team is at the very heart of the business, and we put their development at the top of the agenda. From training opportunities to volunteering opportunities, we try to ensure all our employees know that we are as invested in their career development as they are.
Working environment
COVID dictated home working for us, but we have since found that this gave our team a significantly better work/life balance, with no commute and more family time. As a result, we have stuck to being a virtual business.
Environmental impact
This change to a virtual business also helps our environmental impact which we are always seeking to minimise. We have reduced the number of cars travelling to work, we have virtual meetings wherever possible. We have reduced the amount of paper used in the office since 2016 when we introduced a paperless office by moving everything into the Cloud.
Corporate social responsibility “Give Back” (CSR)
From team ‘give blood days’ to the support of charities, here at XIST2 we always try to ensure we are giving back where possible. We operate a democratic approach to CSR by soliciting nominations and suggestion from the team as to whom we should support.
We donate to a local and national charities and have partnered with local charities to throw events to raise money and awareness for their cause. Here are just some of the charities we have supported over the years:

Nurturing the future of digital
We know that without experience, it can be tricky to land your dream job in digital marketing. That is why we welcome interns of all levels to come and gain valuable experience at XIST2. We aim to give all interns a good overview of how a digital marketing agency works, and endeavour to make their agency experience as valuable to them as possible.
